Japanese Game Show Part 2

For those of you who enjoyed Human Tetris, here's dizzy boxing.
The creativity on Japanese games shows just puts American game shows to shame. I don't understand why they are running for the bucket of soap after they fall in. Any ideas?

I have no idea about the soap. Why are the guys wearing dresses and the name of the game written in English in the background?
