Paris - Misc.
The high point for me in Paris were the parks and the food. I was surprised how much I liked the French cuisine. We ate in the parks a few times and just had baggets and croissants. We stopped in a pastry shop and got some excellent chocolate desserts as well. The crepes were really good. Emily got chocolate and I had strawberry.
After walking so much on the first day through Paris (to try to get to the Arch de Triumph), we spent most of the second day relaxing and resting our legs. Emily even got a nap in at Invalides, where Napoleon is buried.
