St. John Lateran (San Giovanni) - Rome

This was one of my favorite basilicas. It had a statue of each of the 12 disciples that depicted how they died according to tradition. They were huge and very well done. Surprisingly, Paul was one of the 12 and Judas was not. I guess Judas' replacement Matthias wasn't good enough to make the cut.
